ANTITRUST AND COMPETITION

Performance in the Judiciary and before the Administrative Council for Economic Defense (CADE).

Performance in the presentation of Concentration Acts resulting from mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and associations; formulates defenses and representations on competitive issues, such as cartels, for example; prepares and implements Antitrust compliance programs. Advises clients on structuring operations. Questions CADE decisions in the Judiciary. Prepares detailed opinions in complex cases of merger or conduct under examination by CADE or the Judiciary. The office's vocation lies in cases that require in-depth knowledge and extensive experience in the area.

Review and preparation of agreements and assessment of possible competition law and regulations infringement.

Review and adjustment of competition compliance policies and on-site training for company employees.
